Our Services
What is Home Assist?
This means we will come to help you if your scooter doesn’t start, this can be for many reasons, like a flat battery, faulty motor or any other mechanical fault. We will endeavour our best to get you going but if we can’t we will transport your scooter to a repair centre of your choice depending on location.
Depending on which level of membership you have, if you have a basic Bronze membership we can take your scooter up to 3 miles from your home. But if you have the Gold membership we will take it up to 30 miles.

Recovery Service
Our Recovery patrols operate 24 hours a day and aim to be with you within 45 minutes from confirmation of breakdown. Our team will endeavour get you up and running as soon as possible In the event of not being able to get you mobile we can take you a repair centre of your choice or back to your home so long as its within your mileage limit.

Tyre Cover
The tyres on your mobility scooter will, at some time in the scooter’s life, need to be replaced, regardless if they are solid, in filled or pneumatic type tyres problems can still occur.
Solid tyres, even though they are very firm and durable will eventually need replacing due to general wear and tear.
In filled tyres are also very durable and long lasting yet due to unforeseen circumstances anything could happen to them. The most common fault with In filled tyres is that over time they split and the in-fill material, which is usually a spongy like material, will spill out making them unusable and Finally Like any air filled tyre, pneumatic tyres are prone to punctures, in addition to the usual wear and tear

Battery problems can occur at any time due to usage, weather, wiring faults and wear and tear which can result in a reduce voltage hold. This can result in having to charge your scooter after every journey. Not only does this limit the distance you are able to travel, as you are risking a breakdown but can also prove inconvenient as you are unable to make full use of your scooter. So put your mind at ease and take out battery cover and rest assured that if battery issue occurs our team will attend to you and we at stay mobile will replace your battery with no extra cost.
